On Wednesday, March 18, 1998, the Region office was informed that Social Crew member, Shirley Lashmett, and wife of Sears Point Transportation Chief Earl, passed away from a massive stroke.

She had taken ill earlier as Earl was recovering from his surgery.

Funeral 11am -Friday 3/20

I was shocked and saddened learning of Shirley's passing. please pass on my condolences to Earl and his family. She will be missed.
